Zhonghui Group Contributed to the Successful Hosting of the 2023 BRICS Vocational Skills Competition in Skill Web Technologies
From December 2nd to 3rd, the 2023 BRICS Vocational Skills Competition in Skill Web Technologies International Finals was successfully held at Jining Vocational and Technical College. The competition featured 310 participating teams from the five BRICS countries as well as Bangladesh, Pakistan, and other eight countries, engaging in skill competitions through both online and offline modes.
The 2023 BRICS Vocational Skills Competition is an event hosted by the South African Department of Higher Education and Training, the BRICS Business Council, and the Gauteng Provincial Government of South Africa. It is organized by the BRICS Business Council Skills Development Working Group and the Media, Information, and Communication Technology Agency of the South African Department of Higher Education and Training. Among them, Skill Web Technologies is a competition item for the Chinese sub-division, led by the BRICS Business Council (China) Skills Development Working Group, the Belt and Road and BRICS Skills Development National Alliance, and the Center for International Humanities Exchange of the Ministry of Education as the Chinese organizing units. Jining Vocational and Technical College served as the executing host, while Zhonghui Yunqi Technologies Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhonghui Group) and Chengdu Zhonghui Technologies Co., Ltd. provided technical support throughout the competition.
Opening Ceremony
Attendees at the opening ceremony included Bai Heping, Deputy Mayor of Jining Municipal People's Government; Gao Guangli, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jining Vocational and Technical College; Chu Fumei, Deputy Director of the Jining Municipal Education Bureau; Mabel Nkwamba, Chairperson of the BRICS Business Council (South Africa) Skills Development Working Group and Director of the Education and Training Agency of the South African Department of Higher Education and Training; Liu Zhenying, Head of the BRICS Business Council (China) Skills Development Working Group and Chairman of the Belt and Road and BRICS Skills Development International Alliance; Song Xiaoqin, Deputy Director of the Chinese Competition Office of the BRICS Vocational Skills Competition; Liu Hongwu, Chief Judge of the Competition; and Bian Jihai, Chairman and CEO of Zhonghui Yunqi Technologies Group Co., Ltd. Li Zhongguo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Jining Vocational and Technical College, served as the host of the ceremony.
During the ceremony, Mabel Nkwamba delivered a video speech, expressing her hope that the BRICS Skills Group would continue to implement important outcomes, promote international project cooperation, and encourage participating enterprises and institutions to jointly develop BRICS evaluation and competition standards, formulate future skills curricula, host BRICS Future Skills Challenges and BRICS Vocational Skills Competitions, establish BRICS colleges and skills workshops to promote knowledge sharing plans, and organize BRICS Skills Development and Technological Innovation Lectures. She also wished all participating teams success in the competition.
Dr. Liu Zhenying emphasized in his video speech that the competition aimed to implement the spirit of the BRICS Declaration on skills development, carry out the initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping at the 13th BRICS Summit to host vocational skills competitions and build a platform for exchanges and cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises in the five countries. He hoped that vocational colleges and partners would continue to actively participate in various international cooperation projects of the BRICS Skills Group, deepen the integration of industry and education, and jointly promote the opening-up of high-level education.
Bian Jihai, Chairman of Zhonghui Group, pledged that as the technical support unit for the competition, Zhonghui Group would consistently provide comprehensive technical support and service guarantees for the competition, contribute to national honor, and provide support for post-competition resource transformation, textbook development, and talent cultivation. He also encouraged participating teachers and students to learn from and summarize the excellent experiences and practices of the competition, promote the transformation of competition outcomes, and make positive contributions to the development of vocational education and the cultivation of skilled talents.

Awards Ceremony
On December 4th at 10:00, the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 2023 BRICS Vocational Skills Competition in Skill Web Technologies International Finals were held grandly at Jining Vocational and Technical College.
Zhonghui Group, with its proactive service attitude and comprehensive technical support, was highly recognized by the organizers and awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award."
The successful hosting of the 2023 BRICS Vocational Skills Competition Web Technology International Finals has created a high-level competition platform for technical exchanges and skill competitions among participating teams from BRICS countries. This platform has enabled teachers and students from vocational colleges in various countries to recognize differences, break through conventions, explore strategies and technological paths for the transformation of vocational education with a more open and innovative mindset, and promote the construction of the connotation of vocational education. Meanwhile, it has also built a platform for cultural exchange and international cooperation among BRICS countries, helping them establish long-term cooperation mechanisms in the fields of skill development and technological innovation, promoting practical cooperation in the fields of economy, education, culture, science and technology, and facilitating the common development and prosperity of BRICS countries.
As the technical support unit for this competition, Zhonghui Group will closely follow the pace of the BRICS Business Council's Skill Development Working Group, effectively leveraging the role of the competition as a medium and bridge, deepening international industry-education integration among BRICS countries, strengthening the construction of the connotation of vocational education in various countries, and promoting the common development of vocational education in BRICS countries.
