In June, the Henan Provincial Selection for the new WorldSkills-aligned categories of China's 3rd National Vocational Skills Competition successfully held three competitions: Retail, Software Testing (WorldSkills Selection), and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems! Organized by the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Retail competition took place at Zhengzhou Industrial Technician College, while Software Testing and UAV Systems events were hosted at Henan Technician College.

As the technical support unit for the competition, Zhonghui Group ensured its smooth operation through the following work:

1.Providing technical support;

2.Dispatching senior technical support engineers for on-site assistance;

3.Leveraging its self-developed competition management platform to establish an efficient and stable technical support system for the event.

Retail Competition

This individual event attracted 36 provincial contestants. Simulating real retail environments, it featured three modules: Store Promotion & Product Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Post-Sale Service. Participants completed time-bound tasks including merchandise display design, sales strategy implementation, customer response, and product analysis – thoroughly assessing professional skills and adaptability.

Software Testing (WorldSkills Selection)

This individual competition drew 76 provincial participants. Aligned with WorldSkills standards, it comprised four modules: API Testing, Performance Testing, Automated Testing, and Unit Testing – collectively evaluating fundamental skills, universal competencies, and critical software testing expertise.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems Competition

This individual event engaged 40 provincial contestants. Based on WorldSkills occupational standards for UAV technicians and incorporating trends in autonomous control and visual positioning technologies, it assessed capabilities through four modules:UAV Component Selection, Inspection & MaintenanceUAV Assembly & System DebuggingManual Flight Demonstration & Emergency ProceduresAutonomous Flight Planning & DemonstrationThe competition comprehensively evaluated skills in component handling, assembly, flight control, emergency response, secondary development, plus professional conduct and safety awareness.
