The 2023 IEEE International Testing Competition (North America Invitational) officially kicked off at 10 PM Beijing time on April 8, 2023. The competition featured over 200 domestic and international participants competing in an "online + offline" hybrid format under the same operational conditions, with domestic participants competing online and international participants at THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT DALLAS offline.

Zhonghui Yunqi Technologies Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghui Group") served as the technical support unit for this event, providing technical personnel, event security, and other sponsorship support and services throughout the competition.
